I used to be a huge fan of dotfiles, ever since I started to move to GNU/Linux in ~2012. Whenever I wanted to try and move to another distro, aka distro hopping, I was taking my dotfiles with me. And even after I finally settled on Arch Linux only, I managed to keep an eye on my very own config.
Nowadays I no longer want to do so. There is no need.
